This petition for writ of mandamus, for temporary and permanent writs of prohibition, and for injunctive relief results from an order entered in Cause No. 86-7704-1, styled Pat S. Holloway, et al. v. Michael G. Starnes, et al., in the 162nd District Court of Texas. The Relators seek to prevent relitigation of matters which they allege have previously been determined by this Court in Humble Exploration Co. v.
