Plaintiff, John C. Huff, after having exhausted all administrative remedies, seeks review of a final decision of the defendant Secretary denying disability benefits under 42 U.S.C. § 401 et seq.

The defendant in his answer admits the plaintiff meets the special earnings requirements and has exhausted all administrative remedies, but contends that the decision of the defendant Secretary is supported by substantial evidence.
