Jersey Central Power and Light Company petitions for review of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission orders modifying the electric utility’s proposed rate schedules and requiring the company to file reduced rates. Jersey Central charges that it alleged facts which, if proven, show that the reduced rates are confiscatory and violate its statutory and constitutional rights as defined by the Supreme Court in FPC v.
