MEMORANDUM
BRUCE I. FOX, Chief Judge.
The debtor, Phoenix Petroleum Co., has moved for court approval of its disclosure statement filed in connection with its proposed amended plan of reorganization. Three objections to court approval of this disclosure statement remain. 1 First, a joint objection was filed by Warren Equities and Steaurt Investment Company, (successor in interest to Steaurt Petroleum Company).
