Appeal brings for review a decree of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County dismissing a bill of complaint in which appellant sought to enjoin appellee Orange State Oil Company, from evicting plaintiff from certain premises in Fort Pierce, from interfering with plaintiff in his possession of' those premises and from enforcing and pursuing a certain judgment theretofore obtained by the defendant in an unlawful detainer proceeding recently pending between the same parties.
