HAAS, J., pro tem.
Defendant was charged by information with the crime of robbery, a felony. Entering, a plea of not guilty, he was duly tried and convicted on the count of robbery of the first degree and sentenced to state prison. He now appeals from an order denying his motion for a new trial, and from the judgment, “the verdict and sentence”.
