In an action, inter alia, for divorce, the defendants appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Pantano, J.), dated *772March 25, 1981, as determined that the court had acquired jurisdiction over them and enjoined defendant Robert W. Badenhop from divesting himself of any and all assets during the pendency of the action. Order reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, without costs or disbursements; it is determined that jurisdiction has not been acquired over defendants and the injunction is vacated.
