WOODS, Circuit Judge.
In this action for damages for breach of contract for the sale of cotton seed oil, the main question is whether the plaintiff has so met the requirements of the statute of frauds in the evidence introduced to prove the contract that the judgment in its favor may be sustained. Thé issue is presented by .exceptions to the admission of testimony, and to the charge to the jury.
