ROSENBERG, District Judge.

This action is here by virtue of the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, 45 U. S.C. § 51 et sequi.

The Pennsylvania Railroad Company, defendant, has presented a “Motion for Judgment in Accordance with Motion for Directed Verdict or New Trial”, after a jury returned two verdicts in favor of the administratrix of the Estate of a deceased plaintiff, the first in the sum of $30,000 for damages during the lifetime of the deceased, and the second in the sum of $50,000 for the benefit of the wife and children of the deceased and for their benefit.
