MEMORANDUM OPINION ENTERING DEFAULT JUDGMENT AGAINST EPHRAIM EMEKA UGWUONYE

This matter is before the Court on a motion for default judgment brought by Plaintiff, the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (hereinafter “the Embassy”), against Defendant Ephraim Emeka Ugwuonye.
