SPEER, Justice.
Mrs. Bertha Willis, joined by her husband, sued Texas Prudential Insurance Company on a life insurance policy issued to Thelma Lo'rena Hull for $1,000, in which Mrs. Bertha Willis was named as beneficiary.
For convenience we shall refer to the parties as plaintiffs and defendant as they appeared in the trial court.
