BULLOCK, Chief District Judge:

Michael Bostic appeals from his conviction and sentence. With respect to his conviction, Bostic challenges the district court’s denial of his motion to dismiss an indictment charging him with violations of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(8) and 924(a)(2), relating to the unlawful possession of a firearm by an individual subject to a domestic violence protective order.
