This matter is before the Court on the Complainant Nancy Hoy’s motion for temporary injunction and declaratory judgment to prohibit the City from repainting portions of the exterior of her property located at 325 Duke Street. The property, located in the Old and Historic Alexandria District, is a colonial federal style home built in the early nineteenth century.
