Plaintiff-appellant Cindy E. Gower appeals the November 80, 2000 judgment entry of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in favor of defendants-appellees, James Conrad, Administrator, Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, and Consolidated Stores Corporation. The judgment entry incorporates a jury verdict affirming the determination of the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (“bureau”) and the Industrial Commission denying appellant the right to participate in the workers’ compensation system for the condition of aggravation of preexisting degenerative changes to the cervical discs…
