STATON, Judge.
Denise York, administrator of the estate of her late husband Michael, appeals the trial court grant of summary judgment in favor of Union Carbide Corp. in York's wrongful death action. York filed a product liability claim against Union Carbide sounding in negligence and strict liability. To support her contention that summary judgment was not appropriate, York presents four issues for our consideration, which we consolidate and rephrase as:
I. Whether Union Carbide fulfilled its duty to warn the decedent of the hazards associated with the use of its product.
