for the Court:

111. The Harrison County Circuit Court denied Roy Wallace’s second motion for post-conviction relief (PCR), finding it to be both procedurally barred and without merit. Wallace now appeals, arguing that the circuit court erred in not granting the motion because his sentence is illegal.

¶ 2. Finding no error, we affirm.
