GRIFFIS, P.J., FOR THE COURT:

¶ 1. Jerri Collins appeals the circuit court's dismissal of his motion for post-conviction collateral relief (PCCR). We find no error and affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 2. Collins was indicted on Count 1, aggravated assault, and Count 2, armed robbery. He subsequently pleaded guilty to Count 1, aggravated assault, and was sentenced to twenty years, with ten years suspended, leaving ten years to serve in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, followed by five years of post-release supervision.
