Plaintiff appeals from a judgment granted to defendants pursuant to section 631.8 of the Code of Civil Procedure at the close of plaintiff’s evidence, insofar as the judgment is based on the view that, in the absence of a showing of “economic necessity” for membership in defendant organizations, plaintiff is not entitled to judicial review of their denial of his application for membership.
