Appeal from an order of the County Court of Albany County (Turner, Jr., J.), entered April 23, 1991, which affirmed an order of the Justice Court of the Town of Colonie in favor of respondent.
In November 1986, petitioner leased approximately 4,000 square feet of office and warehouse space located in the Town of Colonie, Albany County, to respondent for $1,333.33 per month for the period beginning November 15, 1986 and ending November 30, 1989.
