This is a proceeding for compensation, under the provisions of the North Carolina Workmen's Compensation Act, for an injury by accident arising out of and in the course of the employment of the plaintiff by the defendant Carolina Conference Association of the Seventh Day Adventists. The defendant Lumbermen's Mutual Casualty Company was the insurance carrier of its codefendant at the date of the accident.
