Pending before the Court in this patent infringement suit is Defendant Ondot1 Systems; Inc.’s “Rule' 12(c) Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings for’ Improper Venue, and; in the alternative, Motion for Severance and Transfer of Venue.” ECF No. 101. As explained below, the Court DENIES that motion.1
