This action was dismissed with prejudice upon a finding by the trial court that the plaintiffs had not responded to an interrogatory in accordance with an earlier order of the court. We reverse and remand for trial because the earlier order requiring the response to the interrogatory did not provide that the information sought could be furnished only in the manner that the court, at the time of dismissal, found was required, and the record does not show that the construction placed by the court on its earlier order was communicated by the court to the plaintiffs or their lawyer before the…
