OPINION
RAYMOND T. LYONS, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the court is the chapter 7 trustee’s motion to dismiss the case and to revoke the debtors’ discharge based upon the debtors’ failure to provide information relating to a personal injury claim. No opposition was filed on behalf of the debtors. The trustee filed the instant motion more than one year after the debtors received a discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727. The court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. '1334(a) and (b), 28 U.S.C. '157(a) and (b)(1), and the Standing Order of Reference from the United States District Court…
