A hearing was held on October 8, 2013, on the Trustee’s Motion to Approve Settlement and Revoke Debtor’s Discharge (“Motion”) at Doc. No. 109 and the matter was taken under advisement. After due consideration, the Court has little trouble in concluding that the proposed settlement is beneficial to all interested parties and should be approved.
