E. E. Harter, husband' of respondent, mortgaged to appellant two lots with a dwelling house thereon in the town of Burke. On foreclosure by advertisement, certificate of sale was issued to appellant. Respondent brought this suit to enjoin issuance of sheriff’s deed.
