Before the Court for determination is a Complaint filed by Charles and Phyllis Nor-cross (individually “Mr.” or “Ms. Noreross” or jointly the “Plaintiffs”) in which they seek a determination that the debt owed them by Charles Ransford, Jr. (“Ransford, Jr.”) and his wife Debra Ransford (jointly the “Debtors” or the “Defendants”) be declared non-dischargeable, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2).
