OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant, Jodi Flax ("Mother"), appeals the decision of the Fayette County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, granting legal custody of her daughter, Blayke, to the child's father, appellee, Michael Wise ("Father"). For the reasons set forth below, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
