ORDER

An administrative law judge denied Rocco DeGrazio’s application for supplemental security income, finding that he was not disabled. The Appeals Council upheld the decision, despite new medical evidence that was unavailable to the ALJ. DeGrazio sought judicial review, and the district court ordered a remand to the agency so that the ALJ could evaluate the new medical evidence.
