OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant, Safeco Insurance Company of Illinois, appeals from the February 12, 2007 judgment entry of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, denying its motion for summary judgment, and granting the motion for summary judgment of appellee, American Modern Home Insurance Company, as assignees of Robert and Toni Oakman ("the Oakmans").
