MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This case comes before the Court at this juncture on the Debtor’s Motion to Ap prove Compromise and Settlement Agreement Among Debtor, Novomira Management Group, L.L.C., Loy L. Edge, III, Jay G. Edge, and Eric Hill, filed on August 3, 2000. Creditor Security Bank of Kansas City filed a Limited Objection on August 14, 2000, and Creditor Columbian Bank and Trust filed an Objection on August 23, 2000.
