Henry Pondexter seeks to have a conviction for direct contempt of court and a sentence of ninety days in jail set aside. The conviction and sentence were entered in the Sedgwick County District Court. Appellant attacks his conviction (1) for insufficient evidence to support the conviction, (2) for failure of the judge to warn appellant that his conduct was contemptuous, and (3) for failure of the judge either to cite appellant instantaneously for said contemptuous conduct or to recuse himself and have an impartial judge determine the…
