The people appeal as of right from a circuit court order granting defendant youthful trainee status under the Holmes Youthful Trainee Act, MCL 762.11 et seq.; MSA 28.853(11) et seq.
Defendant was charged with involuntary manslaughter stemming from a car accident which occurred on September 9, 1979. Following a preliminary examination, he was bound over for trial on a charge of felonious driving, MCL 752.191; MSA 28.661.
