Before the Court are the parties’ supplemental briefs on Plaintiff Charles Reed’s claim for race discrimination under a mixed motive theory. On February 27, 2013, 927 F.Supp.2d 508 (W.D.Tenn.2013), the Court granted Defendant Proctor and Gamble Manufacturing Company summary judgment (D.E. # 73) on all of Plaintiffs claims of discrimination except his claim for failure to promote under a mixed motive analysis.
