Pacific Construction Finance Co. v. Kramer

This is an original application for a writ of supersedeas to restrain respondent from proceeding with the trial of an action entitled as above now pending before the Superior Court of Santa Barbara County, being action No. 31870 in said court, until the determination of its appeal *462from an order granting respondent’s motion for a change of venue.
