OPINION
PARROTT, Presiding Judge.
In this case we are asked to decide difficult questions concerning the use of state and federal antitrust laws as defenses to an action on a lease contract. To our knowledge, these questions have not previously been addressed by a Tennessee court. We are also asked to rule on the admissibility of certain evidence relevant to the amount of payments due under the lease contract in question. As to the antitrust defenses, we hold as a matter of law that they are available, but only when applicable to the particular fact situation. In this case, the chancellor below…
