Currently before this Court is a motion for summary judgment brought by defendant Bankers Trust Company (“BTC,” “the Bank,” or “defendant”). In addition, defendant and Bonnie & Company Fashions, Inc. (“Bonnie & Co.” or “the Company”) and Bonnie Boerer (“Boerer”) (“plaintiffs”) each have brought motions related to defendant’s summary judgment motion.
