Her alleged assailant had been released from prison that day. His assault on the 18 year old girl was barbaric. He forced her to engage in two acts of vaginal sexual intercourse, in sodomy and in fellatio. The duress he employed was a vicious physical beating about her face, head and body, leaving her bowed, bruised, bloody and battered.
