Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered January 6, 1976, convicting him of robbery in the first and' second degrees and assault in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. At about 6:30 on the morning of December 24, 1974, two police officers on radio motor patrol received a report that a man was being dragged down Lyons Place in Mount Vernon.
