— The determination of this appeal depends upon the construction of that part of the -will of John Adam-son, deceased, which reads as follows:(1) “I, John Adamson, of the county of Fountain, and State of Indiana, do make and publish this my last will and testament: I give and bequeath to my wife, Nancy Adamson, all my property, both real and personal, of which I am now possessed, requiring her to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses.” (2) “It is my desire that the business be so conducted that all of our children, or their heirs, shall finally share equally in the distribution of our…
