Plaintiff-appellant Dorothy Willis (“Willis”), appeals the sufficiency of the attorney’s fee award under the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”), 28 U.S.C. § 2412, issued upon her successful claim for Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) benefits under Title XVI of the Social Security Act (the “Act”), 42 U.S.C. § 1381 et seq.
