The plaintiff,- as the mother of one Virginia Burton, and as a widow, brought this action in the district court of Salt Lake county against Salt Lake City to recover damages which she alleges were sustained by reason of the death of her said daughter, who, she alleges, lost her life through the negligence of said city in conducting its bathhouses and swimming pools. The acts and omissions constituting the alleged negligence are fully set forth in the complaint.
