Nottingham,, as executor of the will of Emily G. Shipman, to file an account of her proceedings as executor of Azariah B. Shipman. Jacob A. On September 15, 1868, Azariah B. Shipman died-at Paris, France. He left a last will and testament, which bears-date March 12,1868. This was, on the 19th November, 1868, admitted to probate in Onondaga county, where the testator resided, and letters testamentary at that date were issued to Emily C. Shipman,, the widow of the deceased, and one of the executors named in the will. Afterwards, and on the 6 th February, 1869, an inventory of the personal estate was filed in the surrogate’s office.
