INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Jacquelyn Cordes (“Cordes”) alleges in this action that Defendant Frederick J. Hanna & Associates, P.C. (“Hanna”) violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq., by (1) leaving multiple messages on her home voicemail that were overheard by others and (2) sending her a letter suggesting that an attorney had reviewed her account, when there had been no such review.
