Before the Court is Defendant Dolgen-corp, LLC’s (“Dollar General”) Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. #21). This case arises out of Plaintiff Kimberly Thomas’s (“Thomas”) 'allegations that Dollar General discriminated against her on thq basis of her disability in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), on the basis of her gender in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), and on the basis of her taking approved leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”).
