SHUTE, Superior Judge.

On the fifth day of November, 1920, the plaintiff in this case, Pete Yutich, hy his guardian ad litem, obtained a verdict against the *43defendant, E. A. Tovrea & Co., a corporation, for injuries alleged to have been received by the plaintiff, due to the carelessness and negligence of the defendant. A judgment was entered by the court upon the verdict of the jury on the eighteenth day of November, 1920. On November 20, 1920, the defendant filed its motion for a new trial.
