CHRISTIANSEN, Judge:
¶1 KGL Associates Inc. (KGL) appeals from the order of the district court confirming an arbitration award in favor of Denison Mines Corporation and Denison White Mesa LLC (collectively, Denison). We affirm.
BACKGROUND
¶2 This case arises from a breach of contract action. In October 2009, Denison contracted with KGL to construct a mill tailings cell at the White Mesa Mill near Blanding, Utah, for a lump sum of $4,339,350.
