OPINION

JONES, Judge.

This is an appeal as of right from a judgment of the trial court denying the appellant, Cleve Cole, post-conviction relief.

The appellant was convicted of conspiring to possess a controlled substance with the intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell, and possessing a firearm after having been convicted of a felony.
