The defendant, Fredrick Burton Zonge, was convicted in a jury trial in the Criminal Court of Obion County of especially aggravated kidnapping, a Class A felony, especially aggravated burglary, a Class B felony, aggravated assault, a Class C felony, and theft of property valued at over one thousand dollars, a Class D felony.
