This case arises from an intricate network of corporate relationships and a complex arrangement of insurance agreements. Pursuant to corporate restructuring,' International Insurance Company (“IIC”) assumed the rights and obligations concerning certain agreements of two companies, United States Fire Insurance Company (“U.S.Fire”) and North River Insurance Company (“North River”).
