Defendant Columbus Township appeals as of right an order of the circuit court granting plaintiffs’ motion for summary disposition and denying the township’s motion for summary disposition. We affirm.
Although the dissent addresses an issue that is not raised on appeal, we are restricting our review to the issues that are before us as framed in the township’s brief.1 At issue in this case is the trial court’s construction of Columbus Township Zoning Ordinance No. 17, art IV, § 4.02, regarding nonconforming lots.
